Promatec’s production areas are designed to ensure maximum flexibility, quality, and precision, and include several specialized technical departments. Each area works in synergy with the in-house technical office, which supports the design, prototyping, and validation of customer-requested solutions.
We have three dedicated production and assembly areas within a 5,000-square-meter warehouse. The hose assembly area has five standard lines, including one for urgent orders, all equipped with automatic cutters, presses, and stamping machines. The low-pressure assembly area features an ISO 7 clean room for assemblies dedicated to the biopharmaceutical sector, and an external area for the processing and testing of low-pressure kits.
Our production areas
Our main production areas include:
Cutting and processing of plastic and metal pipes and fittings, using state-of-the-art technologies;
Assembly and testing of custom technical kits, including those produced in controlled environments such as the Clean Room.
Molding area for the production of polymer components as product samples. Poclain Hydraulics motor and pump repair area. Testing area with test benches for flexible hose testing. Production area for shaped rigid pipes.
