Since 1969, quick couplings have been our strength.
For over 50 years, Promatec has been a reliable partner in the supply and distribution of industrial quick couplings, offering cutting-edge technical solutions for every type of application.
Metal Quick Couplings
Hydraulic quick couplings are designed to withstand high pressures and extreme working environments. Available in galvanized steel, stainless steel, or brass, they ensure secure, leak-free connections in high-pressure systems up to 1,000 bar.
Thermoplastic Quick Couplings
Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and compatible with coolants, these couplings ensure quick disconnections even under pressure, preventing leaks and service interruptions.
Biopharma Quick Couplings
Biopharmaceutical couplings meet the most stringent sterility and safety requirements and are made from highly certified materials.
Promatec positions itself not only as a reliable supplier, but also as a strategic partner, ready to assist companies in the design, selection, and management of fluid dynamic, thermal, and biopharmaceutical systems, providing timely, solution-oriented technical support. Our strength lies not only in the wide availability of standard quick couplings, but above all in our ability to offer customized solutions, designed based on the customer’s specific needs.

Metal Quick Couplings
Metal quick couplings are designed to ensure reliability, durability, and maximum efficiency in the most demanding industrial applications. Available in carbon steel, 316 stainless steel, and brass, these couplings are ideal for the safe transfer of fluids, gases, and liquids, even at high pressure. With over 10,000 customizable configurations, they are suitable for pressures up to 800 bar (and up to 1,000 bar upon request) and temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C, thanks to the option of choosing O-rings in EPDM, FKM, NBR, or silicone. The variety of available threads—BSPP, BSPT, NPT, SAE, and UNF—allows adaptation to any system. The couplings ensure quick and safe connections, with anti-leak systems that simplify use and reduce machine downtime.

Application sector: Earthmoving
Thermoplastic quick couplings
Thermoplastic quick couplings are designed for applications where lightweight, chemical resistance, and safety are essential, such as industrial inkjet printing, food processing, liquid cooling for electronics, medical technology, and more. They are available in a wide range of terminations, including threaded, hose connector, push-on, through-wall, elbow, and more. They are primarily made of materials such as Acetal Resin (POM), PP, PPSU, PC, ABS, and PVDF, and come with a wide selection of O-rings, including EPDM, NBR, FKM, and silicone, allowing them to be adapted to any application. They operate within a temperature range of -40°C to +140°C, depending on the material and gasket type. Most product series are available with a shut-off valve that interrupts the flow of fluid, minimizing leaks during disconnection. The precise fit and lightweight design make them ideal for systems where weight reduction and improved handling are essential.

Biopharma Quick Couplings
Biopharma quick couplings are designed to meet the highest safety standards required in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical industries. Made from certified materials such as medical-grade polycarbonate, polysulfone, and PVDF, they guarantee chemical resistance and compatibility with sensitive fluids. The couplings are autoclavable, gamma-sterilizable, and available with silicone, EPDM, and TPE seals, ideal for single-use applications or repeated cycles. The hermetic design allows for quick connections and disconnections without contamination and with minimal or no leakage.
