Hoses
Hoses are a strategic product for Promatec. Made of both plastic material (PA, PU, PVDF, Silicone, TPE) and rubber with or without reinforcement, they are used in a wide variety of applications, ranging from the chemical-pharmaceutical sector to the hydraulic world (agricultural, industrial, earthmoving, etc.) to cooling. They are suitable for applications from 0 to 500bar.
Fittings
The wide range of fittings in both metal (galvanized steel, stainless steel) and technopolymer (PP, PVDF, Nylon, PC, etc.) includes fittings and adapters (BSP, DIN, DIC,e tc.) socket, hose barb, push-in and press fittings. They are suitable for applications with pressure ranges from 0 to 800 bar, available in a wide variety of configurations with sizes from 1/16" up to 2" for countless application fields.
Quick couplings
Since 1969, quick couplings have been a strength of our company. Manufactured by Danfoss and CPC, they are available in a wide range of thermoplastics (Acetal, PP, PPSU, PSU, PC, ABS, etc.) and common metals (carbon steel, 316 stainless steel, aluminum, brass, etc.). With over 10,000 configurations, custom products can be developed upon request. Quick-release couplings can convey fluids, liquid or gaseous, from 0 to up to 800 bar, offering the advantage of being disconnected without spillage.
Waltech Tube Fitting Series and Assembly Machines
Promatec provides a range of equipment for processing steel tubes for hydraulic circuits. In particular, our catalog includes machines for rigid tube end forming. In particular, the new Walform Connect machine from Danfoss, for which we are an official dealer, enables easy and safe forming of hydraulic hoses within the Walform fitting system (Walpro, WalringPlus, Walform).
Piston Motors and Pumps
Since 1970 Promatec has been a historic distributor of Poclain Hydraulics' prestigious 1-2-3 speed high-torque motors, with and without brakes, up to 450 bar and from 172 to 30,000 cc. The offering also includes fixed and variable displacement axial piston pumps and valves for open, closed and braking circuits.
Preformed rubber hoses
Preformed hoses are the perfect completion of the range. They are made to drawing following customer's specific requirements for air and all kinds of fluids, with and without reinforcement (Kevlar, Metataramide, Polyester) and in all kinds of rubber (NBR, HUBR, EPDM, FKM, VMQ, etc.) including co-extruded.
Ball Valves
Rotelmann ball valves have a pressure range of 0 to 1500 bar, in metallic materials (Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel) with threaded, R:Lok (double ring), flange, manifold or cartridge connections. Sizes range from 1/8" up to 2".
Flanges
Our catalog includes SAE and Cetop Inox Flanges both threaded and weld-on in different materials such as steel and stainless steel. Sizes range from 3/8" to 5".
Swivel joints
Duff Norton rotary joints are made of carbon steel (coated in Kanigen/Nickel with high corrosion resistance) and stainless steel, used for heavy-duty applications with very high pressures (0 to 700 bar) and high speed (up to 3000). They are mounted on ball bearings and special PTFE and FKM rotary seals.
Check Valves
Danfoss check valves are available in different metal materials with sizes from 1/8" to 2", very high pressure (up to 700 bar) with spring settings from 0.5 to 10 bar. Low pressure valves are available in PP, PC, Nylon, PVDF with terminations from 3/32" to 3/8".
Degassers
DIC degassers make it possible to remove gas molecules present in a liquid thanks to the special patented hollow fiber membrane. Available in different sizes for flow rates from 6 ml/min to 20 l/min, they integrate threaded or luer terminations.
Filters
Saint Gobain capsule and disc filters are available in a variety of plastic materials (PP, Nylon, PE, PTFE etc.) and with more than 50 different integrated terminations (thread, hose holder, luer, CPC profile,etc.). They can be supplied with filter area from 0.8 cm2, up to 4800 cm2 and filtration degree from 0.05 up to 500 microns.
