1) Type and source of data
Browsing data and retention time - data acquired from system logs and security
This site, during users' visits, automatically acquires information through system LOGs and security logs.
The information collected could be as follows:
- time and date of the visit;
- IP address and name of the originating provider;
- records of errors and problems.
All these data, collected in aggregate, are used only to support diagnostics for security purposes. Example: in the event of an attack, logs are monitored to block unauthorized access and to prevent malicious activity.
Access to this data is only at the server administration level and is never used for user/visitor identification or profiling but only acquired for the protection and security of this site. They could be used only in case of crime, and only at the request of the judicial authority in cases provided by the Law.
LOG data collected by the site are processed at the premises of the Data Controller, and at the web hosting datacenter.
The web hosting is responsible for data processing is Google Cloud Italy and processes the data only at the explicit request of the owner and acts in accordance with European regulations.
Data used for security purposes are retained for 180 days.

The subscription and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, which is possible through a link in each email. If the frequency of sending is less, at least every 24 months a verification notice will be sent to all users, containing the unsubscribe link.
