CPC's W Series AseptiQuik is a genderless product with 1", 1 ¼" and 1 ½" hose barb terminations and 1 ½" triclamps. The robustness of the quick disconnects and ease of use allow for safe creation of aseptic connections in contaminated environments.
The materials of construction of the quick couplers are polycarbonate and platinum silicone.
The quick couplings are also available in standard, gammaable up to 50kGy and HT versions, both gammaable and autoclavable at 130°C for 60 minutes. They can be deployed at 4.1 bar operating pressure with peaks of 5.1 bar for 48 hours.
