The Danfoss Hansen UQD quick disconnect coupler is an innovative product designed for thermal applications equipped with a universal quick disconnect. We recommend this product line especially for applications such as data centers and servers where cooling of electronic components proves essential. The performance of UQD quick disconnects improves the efficiency of the system by cooling it and also reduces the power consumption inside the rack.
Features
UQD quick couplers are available in 4 sizes (⅛", ¼", ⅜", ½") with two color options, blue and red for the ferrule, for both female and male versions. They are designed with a standard profile for OCP (Open Compute Project), have 25% higher flow rate than other products, and, as guaranteed by helium testing, have 100% efficiency with 0 leakage.
Danfoss' UQD quick couplings are made of 303 and 304 stainless steel with EPDM seals. The colors are anodized aluminum in blue and red. Their operating temperature is between -40°C degrees and + 150°C degrees, with a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar.
